	First, go to 'my account', choose 'edit' and scroll to the bottom. Make sure 'Personal Contact Form' is checked. This will allow people to contact you without having to put your phone number or email address on the website. Then go to the forums, choose 'Equipment Swap' and click on 'Post new forum topic'. Describe the equipment you have, and whether it is for free, trade or sale. You can use the 'Preview' button to see how it looks. click the 'Submit' button to save the message to the forum. When you look at the post, you'll see that your username is clickable. Cliking on the link will open up a contact form. 	2010-2011 Uniforms


	Our uniforms starting in the 2010-2011 season is the Adidas Tabela. All registrants for the 2010-2011 season will need to purchase a new uniform. Cost is approximately $50. If you need uniforms outside of this year's registration, contact: Lisa Lefstein-Berusch, Uniform Coordinator 216 534 2690
